By using Viajevo (“Service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
You may use Viajevo to plan and coordinate group trips. You agree to:
Viajevo offers a free tier (1 trip) and paid plans (Pro subscription or per-trip unlocks). Paid plans are billed through Stripe. All payments are in USD.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal.
Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not created any trips on the paid plan. Per-trip unlocks are non-refundable once the trip has been created. To request a refund, contact us at anthonycilmi4@gmail.com.
You own the content you create on Viajevo (trip details, messages, expenses, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content to you and your trip members.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, abusive, or violates others’ rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viajevo is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
